In short, we put our employees first. This appreciation and understanding of people creates a morale that drives our production and growth. We try to maintain a team spirit by having every member of our crews understand their importance to the bigger picture.
Process
The second key to our success is our execution of the PROCESS. We do this by listening to the customer’s needs, our employees feedback and adjust accordingly. No two projects or customers are the same. We strive to keep our technicians equipped with the correct tools for the job. Our team also adapts to the customer’s unique documentation flow to keep a project organized and on track.
Product
Product equals revenue. When the first two principles have been executed correctly, you have PRODUCTion… and a lot of it. Whether you are trenching, plowing or drilling, the PRODUCT comes easily and naturally because the foundations of PEOPLE and PROCESS have been laid. The Brothers
Eric Brown
Eric Brown has been in the telecommunications industry since 2006. His field experience ranges from cable service installation to both aerial and underground construction. The communications companies that employed Eric quickly recognized the leadership and communication skills required for personnel management and customer relations. His management positions have ranged from crew supervisor to project and regional management. With what he had gleaned during his stint with top tier telecom contract companies, the founding of Brown Bros Telecom & Utility Inc. was a natural and inevitable step in his career.
Gregory Brown
Gregory Brown worked in the real estate title industry for 15 years prior to co-founding Brown Bros Telecom & Utility. Greg’s work ethic and management skills quickly advanced him. He helped build a small local title agency into a thriving business that operated on a national level. Their clients were some of the largest banks and lenders in America. His exposure to the inner workings of business at the highest level made him a more than capable asset to the founding of Brown Bros Telecom & Utility Inc.
